So.. if your reading this.. you should know that.. i don't cook.. my mom never cooked for me so i am used to eating out a lot.. and i mean.. A LOT.. i usually only eat a home maybe 5 times a month.. BUT this year.. in the past month.. i have been tryign to stay at home and cook :D:D.. it is quite adventurous for me!... i haven't really cooked anythign with red meat or chicken.. but i think i got the normal stuff down...
I learn to make a vietnamese type omlette.. where i put onions.. mushroom... garlic..purple unions...shrimp or pork.. and eggs :) its quite tasty.. but i dont like eggs.. so nothign i would eat every day..
I've also learn to make this shrimp sauteed in spicy garlic sauce thingy.. its quite fun im proud.. but i only made it once.. cuz i don't want to "waste" the shrimp... iono where to buy it!!!
I fried sausages for the first time.. ( i burnt them.. so threw them away and fried more) .. the second time was good.. but i didnt get it crispy :(..
The last thing i made so far (for the past month) is KIM CHI FRIED RICE.. it is super good..
You may be thinking damn.. why is this girl so excited.. even excited enough to post a live journal post (which is super rare).. BUT i AM that excited............ its like.. my life just started (in the cooking at home part) :D I'm proud.. and no one can take that away from me!!!

So what is there to say.. a lot of things have been going on in my life.. you know last year and this year i keep telling myself im gonna write an entry abt how awesome my birthday is then i just put it off and never write it.. so i guess there is one of those lost memories.. this year i had a good one but yeah a lot of things have happened since...
I dont know what to say.. or how to respond just a lot of things have been on my mind.. NO i am not looking for a "hey barbara whatsup" or a " are you okay" from this entry.. so please dont say that to me.. because the most likely response you will get is yeah.. i don't want to talk about it..however, YES i am okay.. i will be its just a difficult point ..things are just coming to an end so soon... 3 more weeks ( or a bit more) will mark the end of the school year and freshmen year... it will also be the start of a big trip to vietnam.. I'm not so sure what exactly will happen... Will i like it or hate it? i have no idea.. Its very much a random grab bag rite now....I'm excited abt going with my brother and sister and everyone, but i kind of wish i was alone.. i don't know why..
Lately I've just been kind of alone.. I go places alone a lot, but that is my choice.. I don't feel the need to constantly be around people? It's not that hard to find someone to eat a meal with me, but i feel like its more of an adventure if i, myself do it. Some people can't even stand the thought of being alone.... but i don't know... am i feeling lonely... and pushing people away at the same time??Iono..
I've been homesick like crazy lately.. maybe because i am alone.. i miss my parents and my VL friends..But the davis crew has been very fun...
I think this entry just shows i don't know what i want.. I've been working really hard lately trying to figure and sort things out.. What do i want??
Isn't that the main question that we ask ourselves.. anyways.. bye everyone
